What is the best material to use for a Chroma Key Backdrop/Green Screen?

I need to get a backdrop for masking pics in photoshop. I was told a green screen would really simplify things for me. I called a shop and was told I could get it in either paper, muslin or canvas. I think I even saw some foam ones online. Which one is best to use for that?
